1st Line IT Support Engineer – Onsite, Brighton

William Reed Ltd in Brighton seeks a System Support Engineer to ensure smooth IT operations and provide top‑notch user support across the business. You will diagnose and resolve IT issues and help improve support processes as part of the Tech Ops team.

This full‑time, onsite role is 5 days a week with four days in the Brighton office and one day at our Gatwick office (RH11 9RT). From early 2027, the role will be based solely in Brighton.
