The Role
They are seeking a 1st Line Engineer to join their Service Desk team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Application troubleshooting
- Hardware support, including onboarding
- Printers
- Ticketing systems (logging, triage, escalation, resolution tracking)

- Based in Dartford (office-based, five days a week)
- Salary up to £30k, depending on experience
