An established professional services organisation is looking for a Second Line IT Support professional to join its growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced support professional to work across a modern Microsoft environment, supporting users while assisting with infrastructure, security and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
• Troubleshoot desktop, networking, printer and remote access problems
• Support Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Teams
• Assist with server, cloud and network administration
• Support software deployments, upgrades and IT projects
• Apply security updates and assist with cyber security initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange Online
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and VPNs
• Experience supporting end-user devices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Intune, Hyper-V/VMware and Backup and Disaster Recovery Technologies would be desirable.
• Full UK driving licence
