2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Hybrid (Public Sector)

Sellick Partnership is partnering with a public sector organisation in the West Midlands to recruit an experienced Second Line Support Engineer. You will join the IT Service Desk to support over 8,000 users across 100+ sites, covering Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, networking and endpoint management.

You will work remotely across sites, manage your workload, liaise with internal teams and suppliers, and contribute to service improvements and IT projects.
