2nd Line Service Desk Engineer - Hybrid IT & Escalations

CAP Resourcing is recruiting a 2nd Line Service Desk Consultant (Infrastructure) to join a Microsoft-designated Managed IT Services Provider. The role is based at Newcastle upon Tyne, Bristol, or Glasgow with hybrid/flexible working.

You will escalate, investigate and resolve complex incidents across on-premises and cloud infrastructures, including Microsoft 365, Exchange, and virtualization. A full UK driving license is required, and a structured career path with bonus opportunities awaits.
