Key Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd Line support for complex Citrix incidents and problems.
• Act as the SME for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC and WEM .
• Lead technical investigations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles and end-user experience.
• Support patching, upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvements .
• Work closely with architecture, engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve defects and recurring issues.
• Maintain strong customer service and operate in line with ITIL and service management processes .

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Third Line / Senior Infrastructure Support role.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
  • Citrix Cloud
  • NetScaler ADC
  • Citrix WEM
  • Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy
  • FSLogix
• Experience supporting VMware, Hyper-V and/or XenServer environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 .
• Experience with ITIL and enterprise support models .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Active SC Clearance is essential.
