Overview

In this role you provide senior IT infrastructure support and act as the escalation point for complex issues. You will manage server, network and Microsoft tech environments, while driving infrastructure upgrades and projects. You’ll help improve Microsoft technologies across the business and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused IT team. This is an opportunity to shape and scale our internal tech landscape and support our broader technology strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 3rd Line support across servers, networks and Microsoft technologies
  • Support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID
  • Administer VMware/Hyper-V environments
  • Support networking, backups and disaster recovery
  • Deliver infrastructure upgrades and technology projects
  • Maintain technical documentation and identify service improvements
