In this role, you'll partner with business owners and plan sponsors to ensure their retirement plans run smoothly, remain compliant, and deliver value to participants. What You'll Do Act as the primary point of contact for assigned retirement plan clients Manage day-to-day plan administration activities, including: Contributions Participant loans Distributions Hardship withdrawals QDRO processing Perform compliance testing, including ADP/ACP and 402(g) testing Support annual compliance requirements, Form 5500 preparation, and plan deadlines Research and resolve operational and compliance issues Maintain accurate workflow management and documentation in Pension Pro Explain retirement plan regulations and complex concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner Deliver exceptional service that builds long‑term client relationships What We're Looking For Experience in 401(k) plan administration and retirement plan compliance Working knowledge of IRS and ERISA regulations Exceptional customer service and relationship‑building skills Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook ASPPA credentials (or a desire to pursue professional certifications) preferred Why You'll Love Working at Benetrends We believe great employees deserve great benefits and opportunities.
