A220 Configuration Change Coordinator

Coordinate A220 configuration changes at Airbus Atlantique in Mirabel, using technical analysis, planning, and performance dashboards across production. As Configuration Methods Agent – Change Management Coordinator, you will support a Methods team of about twenty people. You will connect Program, Engineering Office, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, suppliers, and counterpart sites. Your work will secure modification integration, data-entry engineering, traceability, and MSN effectivity control for Airbus Atlantic Canada. The position covers workload analysis, capacity planning, and technical preparation within an aerospace assembly environment. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate modification notices, IS/PIS, Modsums, and ECIN incorporation Analyze engineering changes affecting manufacturing files and series preparation Evaluate workload, capacity, bottlenecks, and operational overloads Maintain KPIs covering incorporation rates, delays, and remaining capacity Harmonize schedules with Mirabel, Mobile, and major suppliers Requirements:

College or university diploma in engineering or relevant discipline Three to five years in aerospace methods or configuration management Knowledge of structure and systems assembly processes Advanced Excel, SAP, MS Project, Power BI, and Microsoft Office French and English proficiency, with rigor and analytical thinking Bring aerospace configuration management, capacity analysis, and stakeholder coordination skills to Airbus Atlantique’s Mirabel A220 program.
