About the Role

We are seeking an experienced A2D Test Lead with strong SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience to lead end-to-end testing activities.

The candidate will be responsible for test strategy, SIT/UAT, regression, integration validation, defect governance, asset validation, and Go-Live readiness.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of overall testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM / EAM .
• Experience with Asset-to-Decommission (A2D) processes.
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Integration and Regression Testing .
• Experience developing Test Strategy, Test Plans and Test Scripts .
• Strong defect management and quality governance experience.
• Experience with Functional Locations, Equipment, Notifications, Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance .
• Knowledge of Spare Parts Management and Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with SAP Fiori .
• Experience with SAP SolMan / Cloud ALM .
• Experience with testing tools such as Tosca, Worksoft or Panaya .
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
