The UAMS Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery is recruiting a full-time, fellowship-trained Rhinologist to join and help grow a comprehensive academic rhinology program.

This opportunity combines clinical excellence, program building, education, and research in a collegial academic environment. Both established clinical experts and clinician-scientists are encouraged to apply. Appointment will be at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, based on experience and qualifications.

The Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery provides comprehensive subspecialty care across UAMS Medical Center, Arkansas Children's Hospital, and the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System.

The successful candidate will contribute to a rhinology program focused on:

  • Specialized medical and surgical care for nasal and sinus disorders

  • Management of chronic and complex sinonasal disease

  • Endoscopic sinus surgery

  • Collaboration with otolaryngology subspecialists and multidisciplinary colleagues

  • Collaboration with three skull base neurosurgeons for endoscopic skull base surgery

  • Strong resident and medical student education

  • Continued development of clinical services and academic opportunities

The position offers an opportunity to help advance specialized sinonasal care while developing a distinctive academic practice within a comprehensive otolaryngology department.

Compensation and Recruitment Package

Annual salary: $409,000-$600,000, based on academic rank and qualifications.
