Academic Software Implementation Consultant

Configure academic dental software and train enterprise clients as an Implementation Consultant with Henry Schein One Canada in hybrid Surrey, BC. Support axiUm and Ascend Academic implementations.

This customer-centric consultant delivers implementation and training for enterprise Academic-Dental products. You will analyze workflows, configure tailored solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues. The work involves client sessions, project deliverables, and coordination across data migrations, integrations, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and configure tailored software solutions
• Lead technical sessions covering system requirements and dependencies
• Troubleshoot implementation and workflow issues with hands-on solutions
• Develop and deliver stakeholder application training
• Coordinate data migrations, integrations, and API configurations

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in client-facing enterprise application implementation
• Software implementation, training, or consulting experience
• Technical, computer science, information technology, or related education
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migrations
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
