Academic Software Implementation Consultant

Configure academic dental software and train clients as an Implementation Consultant with Henry Schein One Canada in Surrey, BC. Travel is required.

This customer-centric consultant delivers implementation and training for axiUm and Ascend Academic enterprise products. You will analyze workflows, configure solutions, and support dental schools and training programs. The work combines technical consulting, client communication, and solution adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and configure tailored software solutions
• Lead technical sessions covering requirements and dependencies
• Troubleshoot implementation and workflow issues
• Develop and deliver stakeholder training
• Coordinate migrations, integrations, and API configurations

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in client-facing enterprise implementation
• Degree or diploma in a technical program
• Experience with project plans and delivery teams
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migrations
• Strong communication, presentation, and English skills
