Access Credit Union Member Services Representative

Deliver accurate financial transactions and relationship-based service as a Member Service Representative at Access Credit Union. Support members in a professional branch environment.

This Member Service Representative provides financial service to existing and potential members. The work combines deposits, withdrawals, payments, account support, product knowledge, and relationship management. You will promote credit union products, identify referrals, and respond to inquiries across branch, phone, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loans, payments, and exchange transactions
• Balance cash drawers, ATMs, night deposits, and transactions daily
• Resolve routine account and deposit instrument problems
• Safeguard cash and negotiable items while preventing fraudulent transactions
• Promote products, cross-sell services, and identify referral opportunities

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year customer or member service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and high accuracy
• Proficient computer skills and basic financial risk knowledge
