ACCOUNT MANAGER, FINANCING

• Meet with entrepreneurs, clients and prospects to diagnose business needs and propose appropriate BDC offerings
• Execute action plans aligned with the Business Centre’s objectives to grow and retain clients
• Analyze, negotiate and present financing proposals with sound credit judgement
• Develop business relationships by networking with local associations and chambers of commerce to generate references
• Maintain and grow a portfolio while prospecting for new clients to build a robust opportunity pipeline

• Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce or business administration
• 1–3 years of experience in business development with a relevant network
• Strong ability to identify business issues and advise entrepreneurs
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented with structured, organized work style and durable relationships with peers and partners
• Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of achieving concrete results
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
