Account Opening Processing Associate

Process wealth management account documentation with accuracy and strong attention to detail from Vancouver, Winnipeg, or Burlington. Full-time flexibility supports three locations.

Harbourfront Wealth seeks an Account Processing Associate for its Operations Team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations. The work centers on account openings, transfers, MAKO, DocuSign, NBIN, and responsive client service. Candidates should bring Microsoft Office knowledge, organization, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor MAKO and DocuSign dashboards and update activity logs
• Review MAKO STP errors and determine necessary actions
• Edit and upload documentation to NBIN for processing
• Perform quality assurance on NBIN-processed data
• Respond to service inquiries within established service standards

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Finance, Business Administration, or related degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Effective organization and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
