Account Supervisor

We're hiring an Account Supervisor for our Health team at Elite Digital.

If you've spent a few years agency-side, like being the person clients call first, and can spot a problem before it becomes one, I'd love to hear from you.

What you'd be doing:

• Owning client relationships day to day and acting as a trusted advisor
• Working with our project managers and internal teams to deliver digital projects on time and on scope
• Tracking and reporting key account metrics, for clients and internally
• Helping shape strategy, RFP responses and growth opportunities with existing clients

What we're looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of client service and digital marketing experience, with at least 3 in an agency
• Pharma or healthcare experience (a big plus)
• Openness to working with AI tools and agents
• A sense of humour (it's actually in the job description)
