Account Technology Senior Director

In this role you lead technology strategy and delivery for assigned Work Dynamics accounts, aligning tech initiatives with business goals. You guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and leverage data analytics to drive value and operational excellence. You act as a bridge between technology and business, overseeing pilots, governance, and cybersecurity to ensure secure, effective solutions. You will shape how technology enables client outcomes at scale, within a collaborative, outcomes-focused culture.

• Develop and implement a technology strategy to support account operations and improve efficiency
• Partner with the WD Technology Advisory team to assess innovations for potential adoption
• Lead pilot programs for new technologies and process improvements with clear goals and measurement
• Oversee the technology project portfolio, prioritization, resource allocation, and budget management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions
• Champion analytics and AI tool adoption within the account and manage data projects along the roadmap
• Ensure cybersecurity policies are understood and followed, promoting security awareness across activities
• Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals and foster collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy with focus on account operations and data analytics
• Proven track record leading technology initiatives and delivering business results
• Experience managing teams in a matrixed organization
• Understanding of contracts (MSAs, SOWs, subcontracts, KPIs) to mitigate risk
• Knowledge of data analytics techniques and their application for insights
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to influence across the organization
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; experience with various technologies and software development methodologies
• Familiarity with compliance and security regulations related to technology and data management
