Truity Partners is supporting a client in Milwaukee, WI with their search for a Staff Accountant. This is a career temp-to-hire opportunity, with a 100% onsite schedule. Compensation is estimated at $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain general ledger activity and prepare journal entries
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Work with internal teams on day-to-day accounting needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Prior accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, xhqgsiq and month-end close
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills; experience with ERP systems preferred
