A regional manufacturing/construction company is looking to add a new Accountant to their team. This position will have high level exposure and be heavily-involved in decision making. The company is very flexible with schedules and stands by their family-feel environment in terms of hours worked.

Job Duties:

• Partner with President on month/year end close procedures
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting
• Assist with the implementation of new accounting procedures
• AR and AP reconciliations
• Assist with department goal setting
• Maintain fixed asset registers
• Analyze and reconcile the general ledger accounts related to inventory
• Provide support for other accounting functions when needed

Job Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• 1+ years accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Communication xhqgsiq skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solving and process improvement mindset
