About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established, privately held organization in West Palm Beach seeking an Accountant to join its tenured accounting team.

This is not your typical accounting position. The role offers exposure to multiple business entities, private real estate holdings, trust-related financial activity, and property management operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping.
• Support financial activity across multiple entities, private properties, and trust accounts.
• Track property-related expenses, vendor invoices, capital improvements, and asset expenditures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting within QuickBooks and Excel.
• Coordinate with property managers, vendors, and other internal and external partners.
• Assist with financial schedules, documentation, and special accounting projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Accounting degree strongly preferred.
• Strong QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, real estate, property management, or private family offices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential financial information.
• Positive attitude, operational mindset, and desire for long-term growth.
