Accountant

Seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk for an on-site role that is essential in managing Medicaid accounts receivable.

The position involves handling key financial tasks such as cash postings, account reconciliations, and coordinating with clients, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment. Pay Rate: $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
Shift: Monday - Friday / Flexible between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: Tustin, CA  (On-site)
Accounting Clerk Job Requirements:
•    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
•    3 - 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within a healthcare or Medicaid setting
•    Advanced proficiency with Excel(XLOOKUPs functions), reconciliations, and journal entries
•    Strong knowledge of Medicaid billing and accounts management
•    Ability to analyze financial data accurately
•    Experience with specific ERP systems or accounting software
•    Prior exposure to Medicaid or healthcare financial processes
•    Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
