Accountant

Role Description: The Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Iowa, United States, responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of Mesch Cleaning Services LLC. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing invoices, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and maintaining accurate general ledger records. The role involves preparing periodic financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and supporting tax preparation and compliance activities. The Accountant will also implement and maintain accounting controls, prepare payroll-related data, and work closely with management to provide financial insights that support business planning and operational decisions.
