We are seeking a full-time experienced accounting professional with solid Accounts Payable, Billing and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Billing
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Revenue Recognition
  • Work in Process
  • Accounts Payable Processing
  • Employee Expense Reimbursement
  • Credit Card Processing

Requirements:

  • Associates Level College Degree or higher
  • Conscientious and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of Deltek accounting software a plus
  • Prior experience in an architectural/engineering firm preferred
