Accountant

To manage day-to-day accounting operations, the remote Senior Accountant with CPA License will oversee the month-end close process, balance sheet reconciliations, and invoicing for SaaS product customers while collaborating closely with the Staff Accountant and Financial Analyst. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash disbursements Lead the month-end close process and ensure all balance sheet account reconciliations are completed accurately Manage invoicing and account management for the Playbook product line, coordinating with division leadership on billing matters Required Qualifications 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in Government Contracting Hands-on experience with Unanet or Deltek Strong understanding of DCAA compliance, FAR, and CAS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience with multi-state tax compliance and month-end close processes
