Your Responsibilities

• Will perform daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies


• Will prepare and post journal entries, ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date


• Will support month‑end close activities including accruals, amortization, and reconciliations


• Will collaborate with operational teams to gather insights and ensure accurate financial reporting


• Will identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across financial workflows


• Will contribute to audits, budgeting cycles, and ongoing financial analysis

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of accounting experience


• Actively enrolled in CPA program


• Experience working with an ERP system, D365 or similar considered an asset


• Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables


• Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and problem‑solve independently


• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross‑functional teams
