Accounting Clerk

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company in Holland, MI to hire an Accounting Clerk . This opening is due to a retirement after 40 years, a testament to the company's exceptional culture, stability, and employee longevity.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of accounting responsibilities and wants to be part of a collaborative team where everyone contributes and supports one another.

What You'll Do

• Process accounts payable invoices and payments
• Generate customer invoices and support accounts receivable activities
• Post cash receipts and maintain accurate records
• Assist with billing, reconciliations, and transactional accounting functions
• Support month-end accounting processes as needed
• Work closely with the Controller and accounting team on various projects
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Stable work history and desire for a long-term opportunity
• Ability to commute comfortably to Holland, MI on a daily basis
