Accounting Manager

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, financial reporting, payroll, fixed assets, and budgeting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
• Lead internal and external audit activities
• Strengthen internal controls, processes, and financial systems
• Manage and develop accounting staff

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
• Prior people management experience required
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with payroll and ERP systems
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive process improvements
