Accounting Manager

My client is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Accounting Manager (12 month contract) who's ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Responsibilities:

• Lead daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting operations, including payables, receivables, reconciliation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Oversee year-end processes, internal audits, external audits (with EY), and AGM reporting.
• Supervise a small team of 3 accounting representatives, providing coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to treasury work and profit share payouts.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and other finance stakeholders.
• Support the organization through a banking system replacement project.
