Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, oversee month-end close, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role will partner across the organization to drive process improvements and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead general accounting, accounts receivable, and purchasing functions.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, sales/use tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Support audits, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor accounting team members.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Prior people management experience
• Strong financial reporting, general ledger, and close process experience.
• Multi-state sales and use tax knowledge
