Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the company's corporate financial reporting, compliance, and oversight of core accounting operations. This role reviews and reconciles monthly reporting packages received from property managers, supervises the two Staff Accountants and a Senior Accountant, supports quarterly financial reporting to the Board of Directors, and assists with tax compliance and external audit requirements. • The ideal candidate will be a CPA currently working within a public accounting firm as a Manager, with 4+ years’ of relevant experience or comparable experience in industry; real estate experience would be an asset.
