120K - 150K (CAD) + bonus

We are hiring an Accounting Manager for a growing manufacturing client in the Greater Montreal area. This is a hands-on seat with direct exposure to the President and CFO, built for someone who wants ownership and room to grow with the business.

The role

• Own day-to-day accounting and month-end close in a manufacturing environment
• WIP, project/job costing, inventory, and GAAP financials
• Reporting, forecasts, and support for leadership
• QuickBooks (current system) plus expense reporting
• Partner across operations as the company scales
• No direct reports today

What they’re looking for

• 5-9 years of progressive accounting experience in small or mid-size manufacturing
• Solid WIP and project accounting
• Strong GAAP financials
• CPA or Canadian equivalent highly preferred; public accounting mix is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree minimum
• Hungry, clear communicator, comfortable being the accounting lead without a large department underneath you
• Eligible to work in Canada

Compensation & benefits

• Base up to ~$150K CAD, plus 10% target bonus
• 3 weeks PTO
• Supplemental health coverage (employer pays 50%) on top of provincial coverage
• Retirement plan in place
