Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop accounting team members, ensuring skill growth • Manage the month-end close and prepare financial statements • Oversee bank and debt reconciliations for corporate projects • Supervise compliance with tax and payroll regulations • Drive lean accounting initiatives and utilize AI for efficiency
Requirements: • Completed CPA designation required; no in-progress candidates • Minimum seven years in accounting, with two years of leadership • Experience in real estate development or construction accounting • Proficient in Excel, Power Query, and financial modeling • History of driving process improvements and adopting new technologies
