Accounting Manager Financial Operations

Lead financial operations and reporting as an Accounting Manager on a 12 month contract within a community focused organization. Guide a small team while supporting technology transformation.

This Accounting Manager role oversees daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting operations. The position includes payables, receivables, reconciliations, reporting, and dashboards. You will also support audits, treasury work, and a banking system replacement project while collaborating with finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting operations
• Manage payables, receivables, reconciliations, reporting, and dashboards
• Oversee year end processes and audit activities
• Supervise three accounting representatives with coaching and feedback
• Support treasury work and banking system replacement

Requirements:

• Accounting management experience supporting operational finance activities
• Ability to lead a small accounting team
• Experience with reporting and financial dashboards
• Ability to collaborate with finance stakeholders
• Interest in financial strategy and technology transformation
