Accounting Manager Financial Operations

Lead financial operations through accounting expertise, reporting, and team leadership in a hybrid Accounting Manager position. Support accurate decisions across the organization.

This experienced Accounting Manager oversees accounting functions, financial controls, and reporting. You will establish accounting practices, prepare financial statements, and communicate results to senior leadership. The role also supports process improvement, systems implementation, pricing, costing, and margins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, develop, and support the finance team
• Oversee journal entries, payroll, AP/AR, and statutory reporting
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Lead year-end audits and prepare audited financial statements
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

Requirements:

• University degree in business or accounting
• Four-plus years of progressive accounting experience
• Previous management experience
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
