Accounting Manager Financial Reporting

Lead financial reporting and month-end close at Science & Humans in a hybrid, in-office-collaborative environment across Canadian entities.

As Accounting Manager, you will oversee accounting operations for Science & Humans, a hormone health and longevity platform. The work spans Canadian GAAP, intercompany accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial systems. You will partner with finance and business leadership in a multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare Canadian GAAP financial statements
• Review journal entries and reconciliations
• Analyze results and explain management variances
• Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP
• Experience with multiple legal entities and month-end close
• Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
