Accounting Manager (Fully Remote)

• Own EnergyHub's month-end and quarter-end close end-to-end, crafting accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules within Alarm.com's timeline.
• Redesign the close process from scratch, building scalable workflows, documentation, and controls.
• Partner with internal teams and corporate accounting to provide guidance and drive better decisions.

What We're Looking For:

• Active CPA and 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and public company close.
• Deep working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to explain the "why" behind technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and build scalable solutions with strong project management.
