Accounting Manager – Manufacturing | Hybrid/Mostly Remote

LHH is partnering with a well‑established manufacturing company to recruit an Accounting Manager. This opportunity offers hybrid flexibility of 0-3 days in the office a week, depending on special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the month‑end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial results
• Oversee AP and AR functions, including managing staff and driving process improvements
• Support internal and external audit requests as needed
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and monitor cash flow reporting
• Assist with additional accounting and finance responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree xhqgsiq in Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• SAP experience highly preferred
