Accounting Manager Multi Entity Portfolio

Lead multi-entity accounting at Beacon Software in Toronto, using technical accounting expertise and NetSuite in a hybrid arrangement.

As Accounting Manager, you will oversee accounting operations across 10–15 portfolio companies. You will coordinate outsourced resources, maintain accurate reporting, and support finance leadership. The work includes consolidation, close management, GAAP, revenue recognition, and acquisition integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own month-end and quarter-end closes across 10–15 operating companies
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages for leadership and boards
• Manage outsourced analysts, AR, and billing specialists
• Integrate acquisitions into accounting systems and structures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation and 3–5+ years of progressive experience
• Experience managing outsourced or distributed accounting functions
• NetSuite or similar multi-entity systems experience
• Strong GAAP, revenue recognition, and consolidation knowledge
