Accounting Representative

To support the accounting team remotely, the full-time Accounting Representative will manage the contract labor process, assist with accounts payable issues, and perform general ledger reconciliations. Key responsibilities Manage the contract labor process including contractor setups and weekly check support communications Assist in resolving procurement accounts payable aging issues and perform reconciliation of general ledger account activity Support internal and external audit requirements while continuing to improve accounting knowledge through education and training Required qualifications Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience with two years in a related area; or a High School diploma with additional coursework and six years of directly related experience High clerical accuracy and independent judgment Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Strong interpersonal skills
