Accounting Supervisor

This role reports directly to the Controller and will have visibility across both Accounting and Operations.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• General ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Month-end close, including inventory, fixed assets, AR, and AP
• Cost accounting, cost rolls, and inventory analysis
• Financial trend, cost, revenue, and variance analysis
• Management reporting and weekly KPI reporting
• Supporting inventory management and reduction initiatives
• Maintaining internal controls and GAAP compliance
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Partnering with the Controller on month-end reporting and analysis

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years of accounting experience within manufacturing
• 5+ years of manufacturing cost accounting xhqgsiq experience
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong inventory accounting experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
