Accounts Payable Associate Dynamics 365

Manage full-cycle accounts payable for Genda Americas in Mississauga, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Canadian and United States entities.

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will process invoices, payments, sales tax coding, and month-end support. The role supports Genda Americas' North American amusement machine business, including Kiddleton, Premier, Player One, and NEN. Accuracy, organization, and ERP experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, scan, and attach vendor invoices
• Code invoices across accounts, entities, departments, and dimensions
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
• Prepare weekly CAD and USD payment runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience
• At least two years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• ERP experience; Business Central, NAV, or Dynamics 365 preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
