About the position :

You will be responsible for the entry, processing, follow-up, and analysis of supplier invoices.

Your main responsibilities :

• Process supplier invoices related to mining operations and contracted services;
• Verify the accuracy and consistency of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents;
• Monitor supplier accounts and payment schedules;
• Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies;
• Maintain up-to-date records and data within financial systems;
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and accounting teams to ensure smooth processes;
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Your profile :

• DEP in Accounting (an asset);
• Experience in a similar role is an asset;
• Comfortable using computer systems;
• Ability to learn new software quickly;
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
