Regular Full-Time
Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for accuracy and exceptional customer service? The District is hiring a Regular Full-Time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the accounts payable process, from invoice processing and payment administration to account reconciliations and journal entries. You will collaborate with vendors and staff across the District, resolve inquiries, safeguard financial controls and contribute to the efficient operation of our financial services. Key Responsibilities
- Managing invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Preparing and posting journal entries.
- Reconciling accounts payable records and statements.
- Responding to vendor and staff inquiries.
- Preparing reports, year-end working papers, and compliance documentation.
What we’re looking for
- Business Administration Diploma with an accounting focus from a recognized University or College.
- 4 years’ experience in a high volume finance environment in accounts payable role.
- A sharp eye for detail, excellent time management, and top-tier communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to integrity, respect, connection, and progress.
