Accounts Payable Manager ECWE Project

Lead accounts payable for TRP’s ECWE project, applying invoice management, internal controls, and vendor payment expertise. This role is based on the project.

Trillium Rail Partners needs an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee project payment operations. You will manage invoices, reimbursements, vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance. The position also supports financial close, audits, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure invoices meet accuracy standards and agreed payment terms
• Monitor aging and resolve outstanding accounts payable issues
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Accounts Payable staff
• Maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships
• Improve procedures, workflows, and internal controls

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related studies
• 10+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience
• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Microsoft Excel proficiency with pivot tables and lookups
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar
