Accounts Payable Operations Supervisor

Lead AP operational review with NetSuite expertise as an Accounts Payable Supervisor or Manager serving Vaco/Highspring’s client. The position requires GTA residency.

This contract role supervises the accounts payable function, focusing on operational gaps, process controls, analysis, and improvement. You will review transactions, investigate payment issues, and assess workflow changes. NetSuite is required, while Concur is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise AP operations for ongoing gaps and improvements
• Review vendor reconciliations and payment proposals
• Address vendor inquiries, escalations, and overdue payments
• Identify system discrepancies and AP workflow changes
• Review contracts, payment information, and procedures

Requirements:

• Significant NetSuite experience required
• Significant Concur experience is a strong asset
• Strong communication for updates, reports, and assessments
• Experience with overhauls, audits, or transformation projects
• Two or more years as an AP Supervisor or Manager
