Accounts Payable Supervisor - Contract

We are looking for an experienced AP Supervisor/Manager, with significant hands‑on experience with AP operational review, process controls, analysis and improvement. Our ideal contractor has an in-depth knowledge of NetSuite and Concur.

About the Opportunity

• Supervise the AP function for ongoing gaps and improvements
• Review daily transactions performed by the AP team such as vendor reconciliations, payment proposals, vendor inquiries and escalations
• Review overdue vendor payments & related payment issues
• Identify inefficiencies, system discrepancies and AP workflow changes
• Review vendor contracts, payment information and procedures to ensure best practices are established or brought in-line.

About You

• Significant experience with NetSuite (Required)
• Significant experience with Concur (Strong Asset)
• Strong communicator for the purpose of providing updates, reports and analytic assessments
• Experience with process overhauls, audits or financial transformation projects
• 2+ years of experience as an AP Supervisor/Manager

Pay Range

$35 - $40 / hour
