Accounts Receivable Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Manage customer inquiries, resolve balances, and process payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle client communications to address payment inquiries and collections.
• Maintain AR records, analyze aging reports, and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Credit teams.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 1-3 years in collections or AR with ERP proficiency.
