O’Donnell Enterprises is a family owned and operated material handling specialist and equipment rental company. We’re looking to add an organized Accounts Receivable Manager to our Service Division. This individual would take ownership of completed work orders and turn them into accurate, timely customer invoices.

What you’ll do:

• Review work orders for complete technician notes, labour time, parts, customer information and purchase orders.
• Follow up with technicians, parts department, and the service team when information is missing.
• Prepare and issue service invoices.
• Track work orders awaiting invoicing and next step needed to complete each one.
• Flag unusual charges, warranty questions and customer concerns for review.
• Keep service records accurate and organized.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with service invoicing, work orders, or administration.
• Experience in a repair, equipment, automotive, trucking, trades, or field-service business is especially valuable.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence following up with people to get answers.
• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers in a team environment.
• Comfort learning business software and working with spreadsheets and email
• Experience in the material handling or rental industry is an asset, but not a requirement.
