Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Fully Remote)

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Accounts Receivable team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Analyze denial and payer trends to identify root causes and develop actionable recommendations.
• Monitor aged inventory, prioritize work based on risk and dollar value, and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of healthcare accounts receivable or revenue cycle experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Preferred experience in ABA or behavioral health settings and familiarity with CentralReach platform.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 USD per year.
